As CEO of the French subsidiary and member of the EMEA Executive Board, Tram comprehensively restructured commercial, product, logistics, and service operations. She orchestrated the complete sale and transition of the subsidiary to a new distribution structure, laying the foundation for the subsequent $2 billion acquisition by Hillrom, then Baxter.
Johnson & Johnson OCD EMEA (NYSE:JNJ)
As Executive Board member, she led marketing services, pricing strategies, and Lean Six Sigma consulting services for the division, boosting profitability and paving the way for the $3 billion global division spin-off to Carlyle Group. She was awarded twice in 2002 and 2005 the Johnson & Johnson standards of leadership achievement.

Eurazeo Kurma Partners fund appointed her to the Management board of Smartcatch as the external CBO, a European Oncology MedTech company to lead critical scale-up phases supporting the CEO and full board.
She earned an MBA from McGill, an LL.M from King’s College London, an active US Certified Public Accountant license (CPA New Hampshire State Board of Accountancy), a certification in Private Company Governance from the PDA, and the Pearson Financial Times Non-Executive Director Diploma, which equips her with a multidisciplinary perspective on law, finance, business strategy and corporate governance. Tram, born as a French national has lived and worked in 15 cities globally and currently resides in Paris. She speaks French, English, Vietnamese and German.
