Builder and connector by nature, she aligns board strategy with shareholder interests, driving value creation, and navigating high-stakes corporate transactions, strategic market pivots, and international expansion, while mitigating legal and financial risks.
Tram currently serves on the Advisory Board of Vivaltes, a Dutch company dedicated to co-develop patents through its Data-Powered Plant Intelligence for Food Supplements & Plant-Based Medicines, the Sabi, a US company solving women's hormonal imbalance with natural. science-led solutions, Luxembourg Private Equity Association’s iNED Steering Committee and the IBA Environmental Health & Safety Law Committee. Through her own firm, Vitanlink, Tram provides board advisory, operating partner services and angel investment. Vitanlink’s partners and clients range from early stages to privately held small & midcap, publicly traded Fortune 500 companies and Private Equity Venture Capital and family office funds.
Over the past three decades, Tram has served in 3 capacities as a board-level executive, board director and board advisor in publicly traded, family-owned and private equity and venture-backed environments within health and deep technology sectors. Most recently she advised a pan-European private equity-owned diagnostic fund portfolio company on go-to-market strategy, risk mitigation, and shareholder alignment.
Prior to starting herfirm, Tram was the CEO of Welch Allyn France [NYSE: BAX from 2021] and a member of the EMEA Europe Middle East and Africa Executive Management Board, a $1B family-owned primary care vital signs and monitoring. Tram’s clients included health system providers, long-term care groups, group purchasing organizations and medical distributors. She led the company’s commercial and organizational transformation, enabling a $2.05B sale to Hill-Rom (2015).
Earlier in her career,Tram served as the J&J Ortho-Clinical Diagnostic EMEA Europe Middle East and Africa Management Board member, focused on marketing strategy and international markets. Her leadership skills were instrumental in building a market and profitability-focused strategy, leading to the EBIT uplift and a $4.0–$4.15B divestiture to Carlyle (2014). She was awarded the Johnson & Johnson Standards of Leadership recognition twice.
