About TRAM TRINH
Thirty years of board-level leadership across Food & Consumer, Health & Life Sciences, and Emerging Industries spanning North America, Europe and Asia at their most critical chapter. Builder and connector by nature, she aligns board strategy with shareholder interests, driving value creation, while mitigating legal and financial risks.
Her advisory work currently centres on growth-stage companies in Food & Consumer, Health & Life Sciences and Emerging AI, typically navigating international scale, ownership transition, or a defining strategic step, from $10M toward $50–100M.
Tram Trinh is a Certified Chair™, Independent Board Advisor and C-level executive. She has driven international P&L growth, aligned corporate governance with growth strategy, and led turnarounds, exits and ownership transitions, from public Fortune 50 corporations to family-owned mid-caps and SMEs.
As CEO France and EMEA Board Director at Welch Allyn (then a family-owned group), she prepared, sold and transitioned the subsidiary and positioned the business for its $2.05B acquisition by Hill-Rom (later Baxter).
As an EMEA Management Board Member at Johnson & Johnson Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics, she drove the pricing and operational strategy that laid the groundwork for the $4.0–4.15B divestiture to The Carlyle Group.
She was twice awarded the J&J Standards of Leadership (2002, 2005).
A decade ago she founded Vitanlink, a co-founding, co-investing and operating-partner platform, through which she has guided 50+ founder-led and PE/VC-backed companies at board and operating level, contributing to €100M+ in value created.
