• About TRAM TRINH

Thirty years of board-level leadership behind ~$6.2B in combined exits, applied as structured, independent counsel for companies across Food & Consumer, Health & Life Sciences, and Emerging Industries such as AI, at their most critical chapter: international scale, ownership transition, or sale. Builder and connector by nature, she aligns board strategy with shareholder interests, driving value creation, while mitigating legal and financial risks.

Tram Trinh is a Certified Chair™, Independent Board Advisor and C-level executive with 30 years of board-level leadership across Health & Life Sciences, Food & Consumer and Emerging Industries/AI, spanning North America, Europe and Asia. She has driven international P&L growth, aligned corporate governance with growth strategy, and led turnarounds, exits and ownership transitions, from public Fortune 50 corporations to family-owned mid-caps and SMEs.

As CEO France and EMEA Board Director at Welch Allyn (then a family-owned group), she prepared, sold and transitioned the subsidiary and positioned the business for its $2.05B acquisition by Hill-Rom (later Baxter). As an EMEA Management Board Member at Johnson & Johnson Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics, she drove the pricing and operational strategy that laid the groundwork for the $4.0–4.15B divestiture to The Carlyle Group.

She was twice awarded the J&J Standards of Leadership (2002, 2005).

A decade ago she founded Vitanlink, a co-founding, co-investing and operating-partner platform, through which she has guided 50+ founder-led and PE/VC-backed companies at board and operating level, contributing to ~$6.2B in combined exits and €100M+ in value created. She has been rated top mentor with a 9+/10 rating from the Endeavor Global Network's CEOs.

She holds an MBA (McGill), an LL.M in International Financial Law (King's College London), an active US CPA licence (New Hampshire), the Financial Times/Pearson Non-Executive Director Diploma, the Private Company Governance certificate (PDA) and the Certified Chair™ credential from the Advisor Board Centre. Born French, she has lived and worked in 15+ cities and resides in Paris. She speaks French, English, German and Vietnamese.
