About TRAM TRINH
Tram brings a 30-year track record leadership in business model and commercial transformations, preparing for divestiture or sale exits across both public Fortune 50 and private mid to microcap companies in AI emerging
tech and MedTech Digital Health. Builder and connector by nature, she creates and multiplies company’s value by aligning the board strategy and shareholders’ interests. Board service includes guiding into high-stake corporate transactions, building strategic market pivots and navigating new international expansion opportunities while mitigating legal and financial risks.Tram currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Sabi, a US women’s consumer health product innovator, the Advisory Board of Agentic AI platform Rizlum, Luxembourg Private Equity Association iNED Steering Committee and the IBA Environmental Health & Safety Law Committee. Through her own firm, Vitanlink, Tram provides strategic board advisory, operating partner services and angel investment. Her partners and clients range from early-stage startups to private small/midcap and listed Fortune 500 companies.
Over the past three decades, Tram served in 3 capacities as a board-level executive, board director and board advisor in publicly traded, family-owned and private equity and venture-backed environments within health and deep technology sectors. Most recently she helped Eurazeo Kurma Partners a pan-European private equity-owned diagnostic fund portfolio company minimize its go-to-market risks and align the new strategy roadmap and organization with the board and shareholders’ interests.
Prior to starting herfirm, Tram was the CEO of Welch Allyn France [NYSE: BAX from 2021] and a member of the EMEA Europe Middle East and Africa Executive Management Board, a $1B family-owned primary care vital signs and monitoring. Tram’s clients included health system providers, long-term care groups, group purchasing organizations and medical distributors. Shecontributed to the commercial and organizational transformation of an entity covering French speaking markets and EMEA processes enabling the later $2.05B sale to Hill-Rom (2015).
Earlier in her career,Tram served as the J&J Ortho-Clinical Diagnostic EMEA Europe Middle East and Africa Management Board member, focused on marketing strategy and international markets. Her leadership skills were instrumental in building a market-centric and profitability value-based culture and strategy that led to EBIT uplift and J&J Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics $4.0–$4.15B divestiture to Carlyle (2014). She earned the prestigious Johnson & Johnson Standards of
Leadership award twice.
